Dr. Louis Miele, PhD, esteemed professor, AND dance choreographer, Master of Ceremonies, and singer for the 1972 Francis Ford Coppola directed movie The Godfather

The outdoor performance entitled Pomeriggio Italiano included traditional Italian songs and dance music. The air at the Vero Beach Italian Club and nearby neighborhood was filled with Ricciardella’s rare and uplifting voice, and all within earshot were transported during his performance to an inspired place that only a truly great talent can evoke. Accordionist Joe Petriello and Dr. Louis Miele, PhD, esteemed professor, AND dance choreographer, Master of Ceremonies, and singer for the 1972 Francis Ford Coppola directed movie The Godfather were also featured.

The 33rd Annual Italian Food Festival of Vero Beach was held March 2, 3 and 4, 2018. In addition to the highlight Pomeriggio Italiano performance on Sunday, guests enjoyed the weekend event’s authentic Italian cuisine: including calzone, meatballs, sausage and peppers, clams, tripe, mussels, cannoli, braciole, zeppoli, pizza, pasta dishes, cappucine and more. Karaoke, bands, and other entertainment was featured throughout the event, including One Man Band Ron Finn, Dr Joe the DJ, Juke Box Joe and Michael James Facciani.
