Mike Policare, GetShotByElla.com team member, catches up on events at the Italian American Civic Association of Vero Beach (1600 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida) with Brett Marion, manager of the club bar. Policare is a long time member of the IACA.

Outside it’s a rainy Wednesday evening, but inside the IACA it’s all about fresh and delicious Italian food. Dinner is served at the club every Wednesday evening from 4:30 to 7 pm with a varied menu of authentic Italian selections prepared with great care and attention by the club’s chefs. Wednesday night dinners are open to the public and prices on all items are incredibly reasonable. Dining room attire is Florida formal: collared shirt, no jeans.

Locals and visitors who enjoy the annual IACA festival held every spring will find on a smaller scale some of the same wonderful foods featured at the festivals: including pizzas, calzone’s, stromboli’s, meatballs and pastas.
