Ella Chabot, Florida artist and creator, joined Nancy Heinrich, M.P.H., non-profit Growing Healthy Kids, Inc. wellness architect, in presenting “The Art of Healthy Living.” Proceeds from the class benefited Growing Healthy Kids workshops at local schools and children’s non-profits that inform kids and parents about how to make healthy food choices.

Chabot conducted a rock painting workshop, focused on birds, in celebration of the newly opened Raven Nest Design. The project was designed to encourage self-expression and immersing in the creative process. Chabot, a multiple media artist and former children’s art director, offered painting tips and guidance.

Heinrich shared gluten free snacks and food advice aimed to lower blood sugar, blood pressure, cholesterol and weight.
